Product Function:

1.      Feature of Food Additive Terpene Resin: This product is fragile solid of light yellow color, with molecular formula of (C10H10)n and average component of 650—1250. It is easily soluble in the organic solvent such as toluene, benzene, turpentine oil etc. It is insoluble in water, carbinol, ethanol etc. The softening point is 85—135℃, nontoxic, smell-less, light color, no crystallization, good stability of molecule structure, no adsorption, good antioxidation.

2.      Use: This product mainly used in food industry as adhesives, widely used as gum base. The dosage of this product is not stated in GB2760 –Hygienic Standards for Uses of Food Additives. This quantity of this product can be used according to the necessity of production.

3.      Warning: Only use this product when it is melted in the high temperature. Control the melting temperature within 180—200℃.

The product has good solubility in aromatic hydrocarbon and vegetable oil. Mainly used in the food industry as adhesives, widely used as gum base.
